Ram Konduru - CEO & Founder

Ram is the founder and CEO of Xenspire. He is an executive leader serving as a trusted advisor and confidante to executives, board members, management teams, and his own staff.

Ram, with over two decades of technology expertise, has been a luminary in various domains—consulting, product development, leadership, and entrepreneurship. Ram’s passion for catalyzing positive change is the driving force behind his pursuit to streamline and simplify industry operations. His dedication to innovation is not just about enhancing efficiency; it’s about reshaping the world into a more straightforward, more effective place for all of us.

Ram resides in Greater Boston with his wife Udaya, and their two children, Abhie and Adee. He is a nature enthusiast who loves spending time outdoors and has recently adopted a healthy lifestyle.

Dave Mount - Energy Vertical - Consultant

Dave is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in recruiting, following a successful operating career with LL&E/ConocoPhillips in oil and gas, refining, and trading. He played a pivotal role in expanding the engineering niche of a regional recruiting firm before founding OneSource Professional Search in 2003.

As a leader at OneSource, Dave has not only guided the company’s growth but has also personally placed hundreds of productive, long-term employees for its clients. His expertise in building strong relationships and understanding industry needs has been instrumental in driving success for both candidates and clients. Dave holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of New Orleans and earned his Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) designation in 1998. Outside of work, Dave is a devoted husband and proud father of two boys. In his free time, he enjoys playing tennis and music, combining his professional drive with personal passions.

Henry Shurlds -Energy Vertical - Consultant

Henry is a trusted and accomplished executive recruiter with over 25 years of leadership experience at Mobil Oil, Tulane University, and Entergy Corporation. A key contributor to OneSource since joining in 2005, Henry has played a vital role in driving the firm’s significant growth and diversification across multiple practice areas.

With a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Mississippi State University and an MBA from Tulane University, Henry brings a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen to his work. Recognized for his high energy, results-driven approach, and unwavering integrity, he has built an extensive network of clients across various industries and is dedicated to creating enduring relationships. Henry is happily married and a proud father to a son and daughter. Outside of work, he is deeply committed to family and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. His passion for connecting talent with opportunity fuels his enthusiasm for the "hunt" every day.

Debra Casabat - Finance Vertical - Client Partner

Debra is an accomplished recruitment professional with a career spanning over two decades, building enduring relationships and successfully placing experienced professionals since 1997. Her extensive expertise includes creating and growing professional search divisions, as well as recruiting, developing, and managing high-performing teams of executive recruiters across New Orleans, LA, and Houston, TX.

Before joining Onesource, Debra spent the last 15 years with a regional search firm, where her leadership and strategic insight led to sustained success in the competitive recruitment industry. Her academic credentials include an MBA and a BS in Marketing from the University of New Orleans. Additionally, Debra has earned two prestigious national certifications: Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist (CTS).

Debra resides with her husband, where she enjoys cooking, spending time with family and friends, and supporting her children’s school and travel teams. Her dedication to her family and community mirrors her commitment to excellence in her professional endeavors

Karen Shannon - Finance Vertical - Client Partner

Karen is a dynamic and driven professional, consistently striving to make meaningful contributions while empowering others to achieve both personal and professional success. Before joining the OneSource team in 2014, Karen accumulated over a decade of experience in public relations and marketing, working across various industries such as finance, industrial services, healthcare, advertising, and event coordination.

When her family grew to include four wonderful daughters, Karen chose to step away from her corporate career to focus on being a full-time mom. During this time, she also served as a youth minister at her church and worked as a substitute teacher, continuing to make a positive impact in her community.

Karen holds a BA in Marketing from Louisiana State University and is a lifelong fan of LSU athletics. In her spare time, she enjoys cheering on the Tigers with her family and friends, as well as supporting her daughters in their numerous activities.

Charlotte Takewell - Recruitment COE – Search Lead

Charlotte is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in real estate, executive assistance, and the hospitality industry. Her passion for creating meaningful client relationships, coupled with an analytical and empathetic nature, makes her a valuable asset to the OneSource team. Guided by core values of integrity, attentiveness, and rapport-building, Charlotte aligns seamlessly with OneSource’s philosophy of recruiting top talent for its client partners. Chip Royce - Chief Strategy Officer

Chip Royce is Xenspire’s Chief Strategy Officer. He advises the management team on the company’s go-to-market strategy and market development for its IT Talent Acquisition Services.

In 2014, Chip started Flywheel Advisors, a consulting firm in the Raleigh Durham Triangle of North Carolina. Flywheel Advisors helps its clients drive revenue momentum through new partnerships and sales channels. Chip is an advocate for technology entrepreneurship. He served on the board of the North Carolina Council for Entrepreneurial Development (CED). Royce mentors early and mid-stage companies through various programs, like Techstars and RevTech Labs. 

Chip earned a Master of Business Administration in International Business from the University of Miami, FL. He also obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Boston University. 

John Conley - Advisory Board Member

John Conley is a strategic, innovative executive who builds and leads best-in-class procurement functions for multibillion-dollar companies, including HP, Dell, Biogen, and National Grid. Control up to $1.6B in indirect spend while shaping sourcing and procurement vision, strategies, and structure to support enterprise priorities.

A transformational leader and trusted partner, John is adept at optimizing spend without sacrificing quality, maximizing business processes for optimal performance, and developing and nurturing value-added supplier relationships.

John is skilled at creating cultures of excellence and accountability and opening opportunities for advancement for top global procurement talent. He has managed teams of up to 70+ professionals capable of continually delivering business value.

Dr. Kim Gorgens - Advisory Board Member

Dr. Kim Gorgens is a board-certified rehabilitation psychologist and Professor at the University of Denver where she manages a large portfolio of brain injury and cognitive assessment-related research. She has lectured extensively on those issues around the world and has a 2010 TED talk on youth sports concussion and a 2018 TED talk on brain injuries in criminal justice with 3.5M views. She has been interviewed as an expert on CNN with Anderson Cooper, NPR, and on 20/20 and her work has been featured in USNewsNewsweek, the Economist, and more.

Dr. Gorgens is a regular consultant on using psychological assessment to its full potential including supporting the development of applications to identify risk for exploitation among older adults and to quantify the likelihood of career success among job candidates. She also has a small forensic practice with juvenile and death penalty cases and is active in legislative and policy development.
